Just days before the war broke out... the explosion struck. Bodies shattered, dreams scattered.  Yet from the womb of pain, love was born.

Despite the shrapnel that tore through their flesh, despite the pain that settled in their eyes and hands, there were those who held on. To life. To dreams. To the ones they love.

The documentary “Like The Ghaith” is not only about wounds, it's about those who chose to heal through love. Those who walked the path together with honesty and strength, no matter what. It's a tribute to the role of women in resisting this Zionist crime and the impact it left on Lebanon’s resilient society.

The title “Like The Ghaith” is drawn from the word 'Ghaith’, rain that brings relief. Rain gives life after drought. It is hope, love, and giving. This rain is the woman who stood by her wounded husband. This pain, washed their souls, brought the wounded closer to Allah and to Ahl-al-Beit (peace be upon him).

Every sorrow can be softened by the rain. And every pain may be erased by morning dew after a fierce and stormy night.
